Total usable battery capacity with regen is 550 Wh, and in Eco mode (~6 Wh/mile), that gives you a real-world range of up to 100 miles.

As with any EV, your range depends on terrain, riding style, rider weight, and power level. Using higher pedal assist or riding purely in electric mode will reduce range — but even then, Teleport Ride consistently outperforms other eBikes in its class.

Yes — Teleport Ride is designed to fit riders between 5′2″ and 6′7″, thanks to its unisex geometry and highly adjustable components.

We offer two frame sizes for a more tailored fit:

• Size 1: 5′2″ to 5′8″
• Size 2: 5′9″ to 6′7″

The saddle height and handlebars can both be adjusted to fine-tune your riding position for comfort and control.

We redesigned the frame geometry based on feedback from over 1,000 riders — to ensure a better fit, improved comfort, and a more natural ride feel.

Teleport Ride charges while you ride — thanks to regenerative braking, which can recover up to 40% of your battery as you coast, brake, or ride downhill.

To plug in and fully charge:

• Plug the charger directly into the port located at the bottom bracket (between the pedals)

Yes — the battery is fully removable, though you don’t need to remove it to charge.

To remove it:

Unscrew the emblem under the handlebar to access the battery housing, then slide the battery out from the downtube. This takes only a few minutes. We have a video showing this.

To charge it:

Just plug the charger directly into the port at the bottom of the frame (between the pedals). Removal is not required for everyday use.

Teleport Ride uses a top-of-the-line LG battery, rated for over 1,000 charge cycles and compliant with the strictest international safety standards. In real-world conditions, it’s designed to last 5+ years, even with daily use.

The bike weighs just 36 lb, making it one of the lightest eBikes in its class — easy to carry upstairs or into your home, no battery removal needed.

Replacement batteries are available directly through us, though most riders will never need one within the first several years.

Teleport Ride is engineered for paved and gravel roads, not extreme off-road terrain. By removing suspension, we keep the bike lighter, more efficient, and easier to maintain — all without compromising comfort on typical urban and mixed-surface rides.

Want more cushion?

You can easily add:

• A front suspension fork
• A suspension seatpost

Both upgrades are fully compatible and won’t affect your warranty.

Teleport Ride is available in a standard frame only.

To keep the bike sleek, lightweight, and weather-protected, the battery is housed inside the downtube — which isn’t compatible with a step-through design. This layout gives you better durability and a clean, stealthy look.

That said, we’ve redesigned the frame geometry based on feedback from over 1,000 riders to make mounting and dismounting easier — even without a step-through.

The bike is available in two unisex sizes, with a low standover height and a total weight of just 36 lb — making it more agile and easier to lift or maneuver than many step-through eBikes.

Yes — Teleport Ride is built to handle rain, puddles, and wet roads.

The battery is fully enclosed inside the frame, and all electronics are weather-sealed to keep moisture out. You can confidently ride in rainy conditions or through splashes — no problem.

Just like any eBike, it’s not designed for full submersion, but everyday wet weather is no issue.

Yes — Teleport Ride uses a premium Dayco Carbon Belt Drive system and comes as a single-speed by design.
